Range 11 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows :
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NWY< SE%, Section 16, Town-
ship 1 North, Range 11 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian; thence along

feet; thence N 880 29' 08" W, 96.50 feet to the Point of Beginning, said
point being on the West right -of way line of Fourche Dam Pike; thence
continuing along said West rightof-way line S 010 30' 52" W, 237.90 feet;
thence along a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 100.00 feet
and a chord bearing and distance of S 380 10' 52" W, 119.43 feet to a
Point On the North right-of-way line of Lindsey Road; thence continuing
along said North right-of-way line, S 740 50' 52" W, 46.44 feet; thence
N 150 05' 08" W, 313.71 feet to a point on the South right -of way line of
the Little Rock Port Railroad; thence along said South right-of-wa 1'
N 78 47 32 E, 210.60 feet to the Point of Beginning, and containing
