LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land situated in the NE'/4, NE% of Section 28; the NW%, NW'% of Section 27 and the SW%,
SW% of Section 22 all in the Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Section 28 said point being the common corner of said Sections
21, 22, 27 and 28; thence S 010 10' 20" E, 369.40 feet along the east line of said Section 28; thence
N 890 39' 12" W, 850.11 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 18, Block 51, Pleasant Valley Subdivision;
thence S 01' 22' 59" E, 280.00 feet along the east line and southerly extension of the east line of said
Lot 18, Block 51 to the northwest corner of the Little Rock Municipal Waterworks Property; thence
S 890 39' 26" E, 888.12 feet along the north line of said Little Rock Municipal Waterworks Property;
thence continuing along said north line of Little Rock Municipal Waterworks Property on a curve to the
right having a radius of 955.0 feet and a chord bearing S 810 43' 39" E, 263.48 feet to the west right

right of way line; thence N 040 05' 32" W, 546.15 feet, along said west right of way line; thence
