HomeMy WebLinkAboutS-0177 ApplicationJune 04, 1980 Richard Wood Office of Comprehensive Planning Room 311 City Hall Little Rock, AR. 72201 As per our conversation at your office on 5-29-80, I would like to make a request to appear before the planning commission to ask about the possibility of having the rules suspended, in my case, of having the curb and gutters and the resurficing of one/half of Fisher Drive in front of my property in order to subdivide a piece of property which is approximately one acre which will be -divided into five,seventy foot lots. The property has been For Sale for approximately six years now as one parcel. I have had numerous prospects but when they check on the improvements they tell me I have a "White Elephant". It appears that the only alternative I have is to subdivide and sell it in lots. The only way I can come out on the sale will be to wave the requirement of the street improvement— The city water does not come to this property and the cost for this alone will exceed what I was asking for the land.
