That whereas we, Smith Joint Revocable Trust, are the owners of Lots 151 and 152, Foxcroft Second
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That we, Smith Joint Revocable Trust, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by
surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title
of Lots 151R and 152R, being a replat of Lots 151 and 152, Foxcroft Second Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of
Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commiss€ n a is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-ofticio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No. - q CE : a and the grantors do hereby make
this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is to change the property line between the two said lots. All buildings must be behind
the 25-foot front building line.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.

Mike,
The desired usage of the 10ft easement at the rear of the lots should be identified in a note on the plat .
At this time, there are no drainage improvements maintained by the Public Works within those
easements, and staff does not support platting drainage easements where Public Works approved
drainage improvements have not been installed. Please do one of the following:
1. Remove the easement from the plat.
2. Identify the proposed usage of the easement on the plat in a note (such as utilities, but not
drainage)
3. Install drainage improvements approved by the Public Works and make a note on the plat that
the easement is to be used for drainage. Obstructing drainage easements is prohibited, and the
note should state "No fences or obstructions within the easement." Call 501-918-5348 for more
information.

Mike — Central Arkansas Water does not have any issues with subdividing this lot, but be aware that
there has to be a designated water meter for each lot. In other words, the existing meter cannot serve
both lots after the re -plat, an additional meter would have to be installed.
