WHEREAS, James S. and Judy S. Irwin the sole owners of the following described
property lying in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to wit:
Lots 104 and 105, Foxcroft Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
That we, the said owners hereinafter termed grantors, have caused said tract of land to
be surveyed by Paul M. White, Registered Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is
identified by the title:
Lots 104R, Foxcroft Subdivision and the date May 3, 2002 and by the signature
of the said surveyor and the said grantors, and bears a Certificate of Approval
executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the
office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-o-fficio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
in Plat Book Cf Page3(P0 and the grantors hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they have re -platted said real estate in accordance
with said plat. The land embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said
plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation and shall be
subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in Bill of Assurance
filed for record and recorded in Deed Book 967 Page 135; records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The purpose of this instrument is to combine two lots into one lot and to revise the
location of the drainage and utility easement.
