The land embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation and shall be subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in Bill of Assurance filed for record and recorded in Deed Book 967 Page 135; records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
