A. STAFF REPORT
This is a request for the replatting of this property
to delete an easement across the north part of the lot
indicated, renaming it as Lot 2-R. The applicant has
ka submitted an amended Bill of Assurance indicating the
approval of the required amount of property owners in
the subdivision.
B. STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Approval as filed.
SUBDIVISION RECOMMENDATION - ADVISORY OPINION
Approval as filed. (Vote 2-0-3) Hastings and Taylor.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
There were no objectors. The applicant was present. The
Commission voted to approve the replat with reduction of the
easement. The vote - 8 ayes, 0 noes, 3 absent.
