3 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE
4 2021-2025 CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND 2022 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN;
5 AND TO APPROVE THE AMENDED SOURCES AND USES OF 2022
6 CDBG; HOME AND HOPWA FUNDS FROM THE UNITED STATES
7 GOVERNMENT;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, as a regulatory requirement, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "City") must
10 suggest the sources of uses of certain funds to be received of the,CDBG,HOME,and HOPWA Funding
11 which the City expects to receive from the United States Department of Housing & Urban
12 Development; and,
13 WHEREAS,the Consolidated Planning Committee has recommended the amended sources and
14 uses allocation of funds to the Board of Directors of the City(the"Board");and,
15 WHEREAS,a public hearing has been conducted in order to assure the maximum citizen input.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
17 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. The 2021-2025 Consolidated Plan and 2022 Annual Action Plan proposed sources and
19 uses of funding are amended as shown in the attached Exhibit A.
20 Section 2. The Board of Directors calls on the Mayor and City Manager to give,at a minimum, a
21 bi-annual update to the Board on the progress of work performed pursuant to this resolution.
22 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
23 or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional,such declaration or
24 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution on which shall remain in full force
25 and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part
26 of the resolution.
27 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the
28 provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
