Home My WebLink About16614 1 RESOLUTION NO. 16,614 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER 4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH GREENWAY EQUIPMENT, INC., IN AN 5 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND, 6 ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR AND 76/100 DOLLARS ($211,124.76), 7 FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) JOHN DEERE 6110M TRACTOR 8 WITH BOOM MOWER FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT;AND 9 FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 10 11 WHEREAS,the Street Operations Division of the City's Public Works Department has demonstrated 12 a need for one(1)John Deere 6110M Tractor with Boom Mower to replace totaled Unit#170619;and, 13 WHEREAS,vendor selection was made through the utilization of Sourcewell Contract No. 070821- 14 AGI,as authorized by Little Rock,Ark.,Resolution No._(February 18,2025);and, 15 WHEREAS,the total cost for the purchase of one(1)John Deere 6110M Tractor with Boom Mower 16 is Two Hundred Eleven Thousand,One Hundred Twenty-Four and 76/100 Dollars($211,124,76). 17 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 18 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 19 Section 1.The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Greenway Equipment,Inc., in 20 an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Eleven Thousand, One Hundred Twenty-Four and 76/100 Dollars 21 ($211,124.76),for the purchase of one(1)John Deere 6110M Tractor with Boom Mower to be used by the 22 Street Operations Division of the Public Works Department. 23 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are available in the Public Works 2025 Operation Equipment 24 Account No. 205409-72200-540B676. 25 Section 3. Severability.
