3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
4 A FIVE (5)- YEAR CONTRACT WITH ENTERPRISE FM TRUST IN AN
5 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED •
6 TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN DOLLARS
7 ($2,923,115.00), PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, TO LEASE
8 SIXTY-SEVEN(67)VEHICLES FOR VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
9 DEPARTMENTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, it is critical that the City of Little Rock ("City") be equipped with reliable forms of
12 vehicular transportation; and,
13 WHEREAS, the Fleet Services Department will lease sixty-seven (67) vehicles for various City
14 Departments;and,
15 WHEREAS,the total cost for the lease will be in an amount not to exceed Two Million Nine Hundred
16 Twenty-Three Thousand One Hundred Fifteen Dollars($2,923,115.00),plus applicable taxes and fees;and
17 WHEREAS,the annual cost of the lease shall be in an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Eighty-
18 Four Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Three Dollars($584,623.00.00),plus applicable taxes and fees; and
19 WHEREAS,the City will utilize the Sourcewell Leasing Contract 030122-EFM for the lease of these
20 vehicles;and,
21 WHEREAS,the City Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 16,603 (February 18,2025), which
22 authorized the City Manager to enter into certain cooperative contracts;and,
23 WHEREAS,funding is available in the Fleet Special Projects Account: 108609-72300-S600638.
24 NOW,'THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
25 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
26 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a five (5)-year contract with Enterprise FM
27 Trust for the leasing of sixty-seven(67)vehicles in an amount not to exceed Two Million Nine Hundred
28 Twenty-Three Thousand One Hundred Fifteen Dollars($2,923,115.00),plus applicable taxes and fees;the
29 contract shall include a contingency plan to include the option to lease vehicles to replace units that become
30 wrecked or damaged during the term of the lease.
31 Section 2. The funding for the leased vehicles is available in the Fleet Special Projects Account:
32 108609-72300-560063 8.
33 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
34 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or

1 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
3 resolution.
4 Section 4. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
5 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
