REQUEST: A reduction of a 20' platted building line to 151.
A. Staff Report
The applicant is requesting permission to replat the
west building setback line to allow for encroachment of
a covered porch that encroaches approximately 2.4 feet
into a platted building line area. The structure was
inadvertently mislocated by the builder when placing
the foundation.
B. Staff Recommendation
Approval, subject to filing a 1-lot final plat and
submission of an amended Bill of Assurance.

This application was discussed briefly with the result that
no new information or conditions developed. The item is
passed to the full Commission without specific comment.

PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: (7-8-86)
The applicant was present. There were no objectors in
attendance. After a brief discussion, the Commission voted
on a motion to approve the application as filed. The motion

position.
