STAFF COMMENT
This item is presented as required by Ordinance to receive
confirmation. Staff finds no problem with the plan and
recommends approval.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
There were no objectors. The applicant was present. The
Commission voted to approve the final plan and plat as
filed. The vote - 9 ayes, 0 noes, 2 absent.
