THAT WHEREAS, Hanover Centre LLC (herein referred to as "Grantor", is the owner of

AND WHEREAS the Grantor desires to replat the above describedproperty.s

NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor has caused said lands to be surveyed by McGetrick
Engineering, Inc., Engineers and Land Surveyors, and a plat made thereof identified by the title
"Tracts A and B, Being a Replat of Tract H-2-R, Pyramid Park Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas".
The plat bears the signatures of Patrick M. McGetrick, Registered Professional Engineer, and
Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered Professional Land Surveyor, the signature of the Grantor, a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is filed for record
in the office of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Plat
The lands embraced in the plat shall be forever known as "Tracts A and B, Being a Replat
of Tract H-2-R, Pyramid Park Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas", and all conveyances of the said
lots shall bear this description.
The filing of this plat for record in the office of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski
County shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any easements and/or rights -of -way
shown on the Plat.
No building shall be placed nearer to the street than the building lines shown on the plat
and all provisions of the Zoning Ordinances and Building Codes of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas shall be applicable.
