This plat reflects a private easement given by separate
instrument in favor of Grantor, said easement being depicted on
the Plat over Lot 7 Hooper Bond Addition to be located in the
East 55 feet thereof to provide access to the West end of the
subject Lot 1-R. Said easement to be filed of record simultaneous
with this plat and Bill of Assurance. An area depicted on the

will provide a turning radius when combined with the easement
