To Whom It May Concern:
Attached is a reduced copy of the site plan for Reservoir Heights Condominiums.
We have outlined those areas that are existing, those under construction, and
those that are future phases.
Because of terrain and rock problems associated with the site, and changes in
market conditions due to a very erratic and fragile economy; we ask that the
Planning Commission grant permission for Staff to allow reasonable adjustments
to the site plan, so long as we maintain the proposed condominium use and adhere
to the MF12 density requirement.
We do not anticipate major revisions to the site plan, but we feel that the
flexibility should be given to work out changes with the staff rather that bur-
den the Planning Commission and the Board of Directors with all future changes.

Reservoir Heights Condominiums for your review as required
by the subdivision ordinance and the zoning ordinance.
Phase 1 and Phase 2 are complete. We hope to start Phase 3
as soon as your approval is obtained.
The development plan is designed to comply with all require-
ments of the zoning classification of MF-12. The par-
ticulars are noted on the development plan.
