LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of Lot 10 Paragon Place, an addition to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
filed in plat bk. A-608, also being a part of the W'/2, SE%, Section 34, Township 2
North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the NE Corner of lot 9, said Paragon Place Addition, said point also
being on the North right-of-way line of Southedge Drive; run thence N46050'S0"W
along the north line of said lot 9 for a distance of 261.04 feet; thence along a
curve to the left having a radius of 36.0' (chord bearing and distance of
N00037'59"E 38.55 feet); thence N34044'59"W for a distance of 84.83 feet;
thence N89015'46"E for a distance of 205.11 feet; thence S00023'52"E for a
distance of 174.00 feet; thence N89043'00"E for a distance of 18.00 feet; thence
S00°22'16"E for a distance of 35.98 feet; thence S20019'20"E for a distance of
76.00 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of Southedge Drive; thence
along the said right-of-way line along a curve to the left having a radius of 168.24
feet (Chord bearing and distance of S56037'29"W 15.04 feet) to the point of
beginning containing 0.76 acres more or less.
