A tract of land situated in the SE14 SE14 Section 2 and in the NE% NEIt
Section 11, Township 1 North, Range 12 West of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:

the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said East right-of-way

point on the North right-of-way of East 13th Street; thence along said
