Markham Little Rock, AR 72201 RE: Phasing Plan - Overlook Park Gentlemen: This is to request that a phasing plan be approved for Lots 112- 118 & Lots 137-142, Overlook Park Addition. We propose to plat Lot 118 immediately because of pending sale and to plat other lots as needed to meet sales demand. These are not tract of builder lots and sales will be slow.
