3 A RESOLUTION TO SET MARCH 4,2025,AS THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC
4 HEARING ON WHETHER TO REMOVE COMMISSIONERS OF THE
5 TALL TIMBERS RECREATION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3
6 FROM OFFICE IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE DISTRICT; AND,
7 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, fifteen percent (15%) of the property owners in Tall Timber Recreation Improvement
10 District No.3 ("the District")have submitted petitions that seek to remove the current commissioners from
11 office in the best interests of the District have been filed with the City Clerk; and,
12 WHEREAS,it is required that the Mayor sent a letter to the Commissioners to set forth the reasons for
13 their possible removal from office,and to provide at least ten(10)days notice prior to a hearing on whether
14 to remove them from office;and,
15 WHEREAS,the next regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,Arkansas,
16 after such notice has been provided is March 4,2025;before a hearing;
17 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
18 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
19 Section 1. The Mayor is directed to send a letter to each of the Commissioners of Tall Timber Im-
20 provement District No.3,to notify them that the removal as Commissioners has been requested,and that a
21 hearing will be held on March 4,2025, a time period at least 10-days after the letter has been sent, in the
22 Board Chambers at City Hall at 6:00 p.m., or such time as the hearing can be held upon the call of the
23 document,to show cause why they should not be removed as Commissioners of the District.
