3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION:
12 Pamela Smith,reappointed to serve her third four(4)-year At-Large Representative term, said term
13 to expire on May 1,2028.
14 AGE-FRIENDLY LITTLE ROCK COMMISSION:
15 Carleena Jones,appointed to fill the unexpired Ward 5 term of Tracey Dennis,said term to expire on
16 May 21,2025.
17 Rayvern Lewis, appointed to fill the unexpired At-Large term of Willam Gould, said term to expire
18 on May 21,2025.
19 AMBULANCE AUTHORITY (EMERGENCY MEDICAL HEALTH CARE FACILITIES
20 BOARD:
21 Mark Camp, appointed to serve his first five (5)-year Business Person term, said term to expire on
22 July 5,2029.
23 Chuck Mason, reappointed to serve his eighth five (5)-year Practicing Licensed Medical Doctor
24 term,said term to expire on July 5,2029.
25 Jamie Moss, appointed to serve her first five (5)-year Attorney term, said term to expire on July 5,
26 2029.
27 Greg Stubblefield, reappointed to serve his second five (5)-year Health Care Administrator term,
28 said term to expire on July 5,2029.
29 ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD:
30 Bobe Hale, reappointed to serve his fourth three (3)-year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine term, said
31 term to expire on November 28,2027.
32 ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
33 Natalie Ghidotti,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year term,said term to expire on June 30,2028.
34 George Makris III, appointed to serve his first four (4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30,

13 Jasmine Zandi,appointed to fill the unexpired At-Large term of Stacey McAdoo,said term to expire

26 Stephanie Walker Hynes, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to

28 Kathy Webb, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year Little Rock City Board of Directors
29 Representative term, said term to expire on September 3,2027.
30 LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION:
31 Bob Edwards, appointed to serve his first five (5)-year term, said term to expire on December 31,

33 LITTLE ROCK SUSTAINABILITY COMMISSION:
34 Cari Brady,appointed to fill the unexpired term of Nick Cartwright, said term to expire on February
