The above plat has been corrected per City of Little Rock check list comments dated
3/2/95. Enclosed find the following:
(1) the original tracing
(2) one mylar sepia
(3) one blue line print
(4) the original Bill of Assurance
(5) the signed copy of utility approvals
(6) a diskette with coordinate files
(7) a check in the amount of $104.00
This is for your approval. Please give us a call when the plat is ready for filing or if there
is a problem.

WHEREAS, fir. Tidy CarWa5n. Inc. Mx= E. Pitts). and R_L.B. Properties (Mik
Pierce) are the sole owners of the following described property: Lot 4R and Lot 5 Towne
Oaks Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and desire to replat said lots:
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said [ Ya,F Pfrts end p1Prce have caused said tract of land to
be surveyed by Delbert Vanlandingham, Registered Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof
made which is identified by the title Lots 4R1 and 5-R, Towne Oaks Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas and the date February 9,1995_ and by the signature of the said
surveyor and the said grantors, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little
Rock Planning Commission, and is of record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-
officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book Page
and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they have replatted said real estate in
accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as
designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation.
The filling of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the office of the Circuit
Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be as valid and complete delivery
and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street
than the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in
conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas
WITNESS our hand this 28th day of Februa._ry 1995
The considerations set forth are hereby approved by the City of Little Rock
Planning Commission. Any additional requirements, restrictions or statements are entered
without review or action by the Planning commission, and shall not be considered part of
the Little Rock Planning Commission's requirements for plat approval.
