Hello all, I just want to try and clear this up as much as possible. Capital Title did do the abstract search
for Ms. Liberton around mid-October. She came in on Oct 23rd and picked up the paperwork that she
requested we prepare for her. We charged her $100 to have this prepared for her, as it was pretty
lengthy. We gave her the names of her neighbors as well as provided her with mailing labels with the
names she needed. Please let us know if we can provide any more information.
