Have either of the two units been operating as an STR; if so, for how long?
I purchased this property in 2021 and both dwellings were active short term rentals. I continued the short term rental only on the small dwelling off and on until this summer when
I was made aware of the short term ordinance from the city. I have since then ended the short term renting and started the zoning process for both the large house and small house to
become short term rentals in compliance to the ordinance
Will the entire main house be rented or do you plan to rent out bedrooms?
The entire house will be rented as a short term rental.
