I, Deryan Coleman, have decided to proceed with the staff s recommendation to withdraw
my zoning application, File No. Z-10103 (Coleman - PC-D, 2522 S. Arch St.). I will continue
to utilize the existing C 1 zoning designation for the food truck court on the undeveloped
property.
The application fee that has been paid will be applied to the variance application for the property located at 2522
S. Arch St.
