Development Staff Comments:
Provide a completed information sheet (attached)
Will parking area be gravel or asphalt?
Provide hours and days of operation for food trucks.
Will there be a maximum of two food trucks on the site?
Provide description of use of proposed garden space.
If there is going to be a dumpster on site it must be shown on the site plan and screened as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
