Please find attached a Planned Zoning Development Application for Access Village along with 2
copies of the Replat and Site Plan and a letter from Access.
The existing site has approximately 52,275 sf of impervious surface and the proposed will have
approximately 50,000 sf of impervious. We will be decreasing the overall runoff from this site.
