Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday October 18, 2024. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide revised site plan showing the following;
a) Dimensions of all buildings.
b) Dimensions from all buildings to the property lines.
c) Dimensions between each of the buildings.
d) Heights of all buildings (1 story, 2 story, etc…)
2. Dumpster must be screened in accordance with Zoning Code Section
36-553
3. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
4. Any new signage placed on-site must comply with Section 36-553 of the Zoning Code.
5. Will there be one resident per unit?
