Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to both of the following email addresses: dstafford@littlerock.gov AND tthrower@littlerock.gov RE: Z-10083 Access Village – POD 7814 “T” Street Development Staff Comments: 1. Provide revised site plan showing the following; a) Dimensions of all buildings. b) Dimensions from all buildings to the property lines. c) Dimensions between each of the buildings. d) Heights of all buildings (1 story, 2 story, etc…) 2. Dumpster must be screened in accordance with Zoning Code Section 36-553 3. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.  4. Any new signage placed on-site must comply with Section 36-553 of the Zoning Code.  5. Will there be one resident per unit?
