3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT
4 AND TO ESTABLISH A REVISED PLANNED COMMERCIAL
5 DEVELOPMENT TITLED ACCESS VILLAGE — POD, LOCATED AT 7814
6 "T" STREET (Z-10083), LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE
7 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
8 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
I ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD,
13 Planned Commercial Development, to POD, Planned Office District:
14 Z-10083: Described as Lots 1-6 Block 18 Lots 7-10 Block 19 Bellevue Addition to the
15 City of Little Rock Arkansas and those portions of
16 T Street and Glover Street closed by Little Rock City Ordinance #16451 and that
17 portion of Glover Street closed by Little Rock City Ordinance #10784 more
18 particularly described as

20 Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Block 18 Bellevue Addition thence
21 N87°09'08" W along the Southline of Lots 1-6 Block 18 330.0' to the centerline at
22 Glover Street as closed by Little Rock City Ordinance #10784 thence in a
23 Northeasterly direction along the centerline of said street the following courses
24 N00°40'43" E 168.20', NO2°18'30" E 175.74, thence S86129'55" E along the North line
25 of said Lots 7-10 Block 19 229.68' to the NE corner of said Lot 10 Block 19 thence
26 S02018'30" W 201.20' to a point on the North line of Block 18 thence S87009'08" E

Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Access Village — POD, located
at 7814 "T" Street (Z-10083), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified
by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and the Designated District Map be, and is hereby amended, to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance, which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
