On behalf of Mohib's Coffee LLC please accept our application for the rezoning of the property
against which the rezoning application has been submitted. Mohib's Coffee LLC is local to Little
Rock and has acquired the rights to open and operate 3 Scooter's Coffee locations in Little
Rock. Our future plans involve opening and operating more locations once we fulfill our initial 3
locations commitment. Scooter's Coffee operates using a drive-thru only kiosk of around 750 sq
ft.
Amidst the specialty coffee shop boom in the 1990s, Don and Linda Eckles (Founder of
Scooter's Coffee) had an idea. After encountering a drive-thru coffee but on a trip to California,
Don and Linda wondered what might happen if they combined coffeehouse quality with drive-
thru convenience. The answer? Scooter's Coffee&
In 1998, the very first Scooter's Coffee location opened in Bellevue, Nebraska. Don and Linda's
formula was simple: provide customers with high -quality drinks, speedy service, and a BIG
smile! Customers loved it, and in no time at all, Scooter's Coffee kiosk franchises were opening
across the Omaha area. Franchising began in 2001, and since then, Scooter's Coffee has
grown to include over 800 locations across the United States.
This location off Stagecoach Road will be our first location in Little Rock. The expected hours of
operation here would be Monday to Sunday from 5:30 AM to 8 PM. The preliminary layout that
our architect and civil engineering team are working on is also attached along with this letter.

idea of how our Kiosks look.

A bill of assurance doesn't exist for the property against which the rezoning application (attached) is
being submitted at the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk's office. Please accept this statement along with the
application for the purpose of rezoning application.
