Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide list of uses requested in the proposed PD-C zoning.
2. Staff suggest C-4 uses as a use mix, which will allow for alternate future uses.
3. Provide hours of operation for all business uses.
4. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
5. Will there be a dumpster on site? If so, it will be required to be screened according to Section 36-523 (d) of the Zoning Code
6. Any new signage placed on-site must comply with Section 36-555 of the Zoning Code.
