That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R-3, 13 Single Family Residential, to PD-C, Planned District — Commercial: 14 Z-10024: Described as part of the NW1/4 SEl/4, Section 32, Township 1 15 North, Range 12 West. being more particularly described as follows; 16 Beginning 575 South of the Northwest corner of said NWI/4 SE1/4, thence 17 East 1325.1 feet to a point, thence South 181 feet to a point; thence West 18 1325.3 feet to a point on the West line of said NWI/4 SE 1 /4; thence North 181 19 feet along said West line to the Point of Beginning. 20 Less and Except 0.05 Acre (2191 Sq. Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
