The property is a 3 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 baths thoughtfully and nicely designed short term rental,
sleeping six people with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twins. It is walkable to the 'Heights strip' and
appeals to the neighbors and out of town visitors for the reasons below.
The property has been used by the community in the following ways: nearby neighbors going through
renovations, nearby neighbors renting for visiting relatives and friends, business trips, weddings,
graduations, funerals, visiting loved ones in the hospital, small families and adult only groups visiting
for concerts/plays/mountain biking or a simple restful getaway to eat at the close by restaurants.
We only rent to guests that have a previous 5 star review(s) from a formal stay, rated by the host.
Our surrounding neighbors have our contact information and been supportive of the rental. We have
had no complaints.
We try to give back to our local community with our short term rental is the following ways:
-For our cleaning services, we employ young adults in college or young moms desiring flexible ways to
earn extra money.
-We use small businesses for our yard care and HVAC servicing.
-We include breakfast bread from Boulevard Bread company for each stay.
-We offer local owned recommendations for restaurants, cafes, desserts, etc.
