& 12 Intercity Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski Co., Arkansas more particularly
described as: Commencing at the NW corner SW 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 18, T-1-N, R-12-W, Pulaski
Co., Arkansas; Thence South along the West line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4 950', Thence S 77 degrees
40 minutes E 241.2; to a "X" in the center of bridge on Centerline Mabelvale Pike; thence
Northwesterly along centerline of Mabelvale Pike 318.9'; thence Northerly along centerline of
Mabelvale Pike 304.45' to the point of beginning; thence N 85 degrees 38 minutes 10 seconds E
1243.6'; thence N 11 degrees 13 minutes 45 seconds W 162.69' to the SE corner Intercity Addition
& NE corner SW 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 18, T-1-N, R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence N 84
degrees 13 minutes 16 seconds W along south line of Block 13 Intercity Addition 167'; thence N
08 degrees 48 minutes 35 seconds W along West line of said block 13 330.39'; thence S 68
degrees 57 minutes W 217.40'; thence S 46 degrees 35 minutes E 183.65'; Thence S 85 degrees 38
minutes 10 seconds E 925.7' to the center line Mabelvale Pike; thence Southerly along centerline
Mabelvale Pike 322.55; to the point of beginning. Containing 9.1 Acres, more or less. This
property subject to a 160; AP&L power line easement. AND
Part of the S 1/2, SE 1/4, Section 18, T-1-N, R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows: Starting at the NW corner of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 18,
T-1-N, R-12-W; thence South along the west line of the said SW 1/4, SE 1/4, for 950.0'; thence S
77 degrees 50 minutes E for 241.2 to an "X" cut in the floor of a bridge over old Fourche Creek;
thence in a northerly direction along the center line of Mabelvale Pike for a chord distance of
318.9'; thence continue along the center line of Mabelvale Pike for 629.0' to the point of beginning
of the herein described tract; thence by a deflection angle to the right of 85 degrees 43 minutes
along a line parallel to the North line of the Arkansas Power and Light Co. 160' wide easement for
925.7'; thence by a deflection angle to the left of 132 degrees 18 minutes for 183.65'; thence by a
deflection angle to the left of 37 degrees 30 minutes for 134.1'; thence by a deflection angle to the
right of 75 degrees 12 minutes for 71.6'; thence by a deflection angle to the left of 92 degrees 13
minutes for 472.4'; thence by a deflection angle to the left of 10 degrees 02 minutes for 202.0' to a
point in the center line of Mabelvale Pike for 73.1' from Iron Pin in center of Mabelvale Pike east
200 feet to cypress tree, 450 feet to corner line, 150 feet to West Bank of Fourche Creek,
containing 3.1 Acres, more or less (the Mabelvale Pike Property).
