To Whom it May Concern,
I would like to build on this empty lot. The two buildings will
be 13'-8" apart leaving green space between and at the back of
each building.
Each Unit (numbered A to D) will be three bedrooms, 2 baths,
with open living, dining, kitchen concept each unit is a total of
959 square feet having 853 of living space. There is a 2 hour
fire wall separating the units that starts at the concrete
foundation and extends to the underside of the roof decking. The
units will include covered front and back porches along with
private laundry, parking pad in front of each unit along with
additional parking space in the front on Boyce St. The driveway
will have a turn -a -bout making it 2 way and will be 20' (feet)
width. The front easement is 35+ feet, the sides are 7'-6" and
the back is also 39+ feet.
The name I have chosen is: "Jay's Development"
Attached is the site plan, current survey and the applications as
necessary.
