LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land situated in the E 1/2, SW 1/4 and the W 1/2,
SE 1/4, Section 16, T-1-N, R-11-W of the 5th Principal
Meridian, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the found railroad spike marking the SW corner
of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 16, T-1-N, R-11-W of the 5th
Principal Meridian; thence N 880 45' 38" W alon& the center-
line of Frazier Pike, 1021.94 feet; thence N 01 14' 22" E,
60.00 feet to a point on the North Right-of-way Line of
Frazier Pike, said point also being the Point of Beginning;
thence along the said North Right-of-way Line of Frazier
Pike N 880 45' 38" W, 944.62 feet; thence N 000 14' 32" E,
1740.40 feet to a point on the South Right-of-way of Lindsey
Road; thence along the said South Right-of-way S 890 45' 48" E,
446.71 feet; thence continuing along said South Right-of-way
along a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of
h 1014.93 feet and a cord bearing and distance of N 820 33'
17" E, 271.34 feet; thence continuing along said South
