WHEREAS, Quinthia Morriss, Arthur and Murlene Batch are the sole owners of the

of Little Rock, Arkansas, and desire to re -plat part of said Lots: 78, 79 and 80, Kensington Place
Phase I
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said Quinthia Morriss Arthur and Murlene Batch hereinafter termed grantor(s)
have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul M. White, Registered Professional Surveyor,
and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title:
Lots 78R and 80R, Kensington_ Place, Phase I and the date September 2001 and by the signature of

said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat; and
every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation and shall be subject to the
covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in Bill of Assurance filed for record
and recorded in Deed Book 1347, Page 173; records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.

ORDINANCE NO. 18,587
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
IN LOTS 78 AND 79 OF KENSINGTON PLACE ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas on the 21st day of September 2001, asking the Little Rock Board
of Directors to vacate all that portion of the public utility easement designated on the plat
of the Kensington Place Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, now appearing of
record in Plat Book 36, page 18, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Board of Directors has, at
the time and place mentioned in the notice, heard all persons desiring to be heard on the
question; has ascertained that the easement, or portion thereof, hereinbefore described has
been dedicated to the public use as a utility easement; herein described; has not been
actually used by the public generally for a period of at least five (5) years subsequent to
the filing of the plat; that all owners of the property abutting upon that portion of the
utility easement to be vacated have filed with the Board their written consent to this
action; and that public interest and welfare will not be adversely affected by the vacating
of the utility easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, releases, vacates and abandons
all its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the utility easement
designated as follows:
5 foot easement on the east side of Lot 78 and 5 foot
easement on the west side of Lot 79 in the Kensington
Place Addition, located in the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be
filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the
County..
SECTION 3. Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
