A replat of lots 113 and 136, Kensington Place Phase I, an Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
AND
All of that part of Tract "A", Kensington Place Phase I, an Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying South of
Lot 113 and North of Lot 136, being more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 136, thence run
North 10103' Westalong the West line of said Lot 136 projected a dis-
tance of 10.82 feet to a point on the South line of Lot 113; thence
run South 89156' East along the South line of said Lot 113 a distance
of 117.0 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 113; thence along
a curve to the left having a radius of 275.0 feet, chord bearing and
distance of South 07132' East 10.75 feet to the Northeast corner of
Lot 136; thence North 89156' West along the North line of said lot
136 a distance of 116.52 feet to the point of beginning.

of the conditions of approval having been completed, this document is
hereby accepted. This certificate is hereby executed under the author-
