tance of 10.82 feet to a point on the South line of Lot 113; thence
run South 89056' East along the South line of said Lot 113 a distance
of 117.0 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 113; thence along
a curve to the left having a radius of 275.0 feet, chord bearing and
distance of South 07132' East 10.75 feet to the Northeast corner of
Lot 136; thence.North 89056' West along the North line of said lot
136 a distance of 116.52 feet to the point of beginning.
