A REPLAT OF LOTS 240 AND 241
LONGLEA PHASE VII A
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, WHEREAS, F. Allen White and Afton C. White, 19
Portland Road, Little Rock, Arkansas (together referred to as
the "Grantors") are the sole owners of the following described
land lying in the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas:
Lots 240 and 241 Longlea Phase VII A Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas (the "Land"),
which is shown on the final plat attached to and made a part
of this instrument (the "Final Plat"); and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that all of the Land be
replatted; and
WHEREAS, the Grantors have caused the Land to be surveyed
by Donald Brooks, R.L.S. and William B. Hearnsberger, P.E., a
Regional Land Surveyor and Registered Professional Engineer,
respectively, and the Final Plat dated March 13, 1991, was
thereof made;
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantors, for and in consideration of
the benefits to accrue to them, which benefits they
acknowledge to be of value, hereby plat the Land as Lots 240R
and 241R, a replat of Lots 240 and 241, Longlea Phase VII A
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Henceforth, description and conveyance by such designation as
shown and represented on the Final Plat shall be a proper and
sufficient description for all purposes.

The Grantors hereby dedicate to the public forever an
easement of way on and over the streets as shown by the Final
Plat, to be used as public streets.
A permanent easement for drainage, for laying and
maintaining sewer pipes and mains, storm sewers, and for the
installation and maintenance of utilities is created, excepted
and reserved over, across, and through the Land as shown on
the Final Plat.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and Final Plat for
record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -of ficio
Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete
delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on
the Final Plat.
The lots in said subdivision shall be' sold by the
Grantors and shall be purchased by the buyers thereof, subject
to the declarations, restrictions, and covenants set forth in
the parent Bill of Assurance for Longlea Phase VII A, which is
filed for record with the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk as
Instrument Number 78-41027 on October 10, 1978.
The considerations set forth above are hereby approved by
the City of Little Rock Planning Commission. Any additional
requirements, restrictions or statements are entered without
review or action by the Planning Commission, and shall not be
considered part of the Little Rock Planning Commission's

White and Afton C. White, known to me (or satisfactorily
proven) to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the
within instrument and acknowledged that they executed the same
for the purposes therein contained.
