County, Arkansas, which includes Tracts 349. 350, 351, 352, and
355, and part of Tracts 345, 346, 347. 348, 353, 35'4, 356, 357,
365, 366, 367, 3b8, and 369, all in Woodlawn Farm Acre Tracts as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 118, of the Pulaski County records
and being more particularly described as follows: Starting at
the northwest corner of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, said Section 19;
