A tract of land situated in the E 1/2, SE 1/4, Section 29, Township 2 North,
Range 12 West, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE Corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, of Section 33, T-2-N, R-12-W;
thence N 01035'00" E, 464.00 feet; thence N 880 43'00" W, 483.19 feet to the
centerline of Riverfront Drive; thence continuing along said centerline N 19-1
46'00" W, 4,612.59 feet; thence continuing Northwesterly along said centerline
along a curve to the left having a radius of 954.93 feet for a distance of 395.56 fe
to a point, said curve having a chord bearing and distance of N 310 38'00" W,
392.73 feet; thence continuing along said centerline N 430 30'00" W,376.53 feet;
thence N 460 30'00" E, 60.00 feet to the east right-of-way line of Riverfront
Drive and the Point of Beginning; thence N 570_43'18" E, 932.87 feet to the
ordinary hioh waterline on the West Bank of the Arkansas River; thence along
said rdinary high waterline on the West Bank of t'ie Arkansas River having the

69.59 feet to a point on the east right-of-way line of Riverfront Drive, said
curve having a chord bearing and distance of N 700 57'06" W, 64.11 feet; thence
continuing along said east right-of-way line along a curve to the left having a
radius of 1014.93 feet for a distance of 217.93 feet to a point, said curve having
a chord bearing and distance of N 370 20'55" W, 217.52 feet; thence continuing along
said east right-of-way line N 430 30'00" W, 376.53 feet to the Point of Beginning;
and containing 14.00 acres more or less.
