Re: Replat of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, MEREDITH MANOR ADDITION
Dear Mr. Wood:
Submitted herewith for your review and approval are three
copies of the developement plan of the above referenced lots.
The purpose of this replat is:
No. 1
To delete and/or remove platted building lines in the rear of
said lots, whereas to allow buildings to be constructed within 20
feet of lots 6 and 7 inclusive and to allow canopies to be constructed
over parking areas.
No. 2
To remove and/or reduce the platted Easement from ten feet to
four feet along the rear lot lines of said lots.
