HomeMy WebLinkAboutS-0098-G ApplicationORDINANCE NO. 18,197 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, CONCERNING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE MASTER STREET PLAN FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION IN TRIANGLE PROPERTIES INDUSTRIAL PARK LOT 37R AND LOT 38, LOCATED AT 8520 DISTRIBUTION DRIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Lot 37R and 38, as follows: Subsection a. That Section 31-282 shall not be deemed to require the abutting street to be constructed in accordance with the Master Street Plan because of the change in the lot line and a new definition of subdivision, provided that this waiver applies only to the relocation of the lot line and not to any further development on the site that might trigger Master Street Plan requirements. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage. The Owner(s) of this replat shall take their titles subject to the right of public utilities and the public. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in The Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the easements shown on the said plat.
