HomeMy WebLinkAboutS-0098-F ApplicationTO: The Public BILL OF ASSURANCE WHEREAS, Rockapar Corporation, an Arkansas corporation, is the sole owner of the following described property: Lot 27 Triangle Pro erties Industrial District Little Rock, Arkansas, and desires to replat part of said Lot 27, Triangle Properties Industrial District. NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That we, the said Rockapar Corporation, hereinafter termed Grantor, have previously entered into a Real Estate Bargain Sale Contract dated February 3, 1995 with the Arkansas Food Bank Network, Inc. (hereinafter, "Grantee"), and Grantee has caused said tract of land to be surveyed by McClelland Consulting Engineers, Registered Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title: Plat of Lots 2 7 R - B and 27R-C Trian 9 le Properties Industrial District Little Rock Arkansas beiniz a replat of Part of Lot 27 Trianp-le Properties Industrial District and dated February 7, 1995, and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantor, and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book Page and the Grantor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The Grantor does hereby certify to the best of Grantor's knowledge and belief, that Grantee has caused said real estate to be replatted in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation and shall be subject to the original Bill of Assurance filed of record September 30, 1974, at Document Book 1312 Page 211.
