Re: Woodridge Access Easement Request
Dear Sir:
This is to inform you of the Planning Commission's
recommendation on the above referenced subdivision matter at
its meeting April 13, 1982. The applicant was present.
After a brief discussion, the Planning Commission made a
motion to approve the request subject to: The submission of
a final plat and amended Bill of Assurance. The 8" curb to
remain inside of construction of the apron; and the gate to
remain locked with a key for emergency vehicles only. The
motion passed by a vote of 9 ayes, 0 noes, 2 absent.
