I ` Applicant. l 1A By: 17 F aG 06 OF R.1,47 ,C6- 0 ire/ Gad /fi�el���; l�' r� BILL OF ASSURANCE REPLAT OF LOT H, BLOCK 2 EAST PALISADES ADDITION KNOW ALL MEN BY THE PRESENTS THAT: AMR Real Estate, Inc. herein termed Grantor, is the owner of the property described as: Lot H, Block 2 East Palisades Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas, AND WHEREAS: Grantor is desirous of replatting said lot. NOW, THEREFORE: Grantor does certify that it has caused said lots to be resurveyed by Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor and plat made thereof dated March, 1988, said plat bearing a Cer- tificate of Approval by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is of record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County as Plat Grantor fur- ther certifies that is has laid off and replatted said lots in accordance with the accompanying plat. Grantor does hereby dedicated and/or rededicate all ease- ments shown on said plat for the use of public utilities and/or for drainage purposes. Where referring to the above described lots, this plat shall supersede and have precedence over the said lots as re- corded on a plat in the record of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Plat Book 4, Page 316 dated March 31, 1953. All other lots in Block 2 East Palisades Addition plat shall remain as originally platted on said plat. The replatted lots shown on the accompanying plat shall be forever known as Lots 1HR, 2HR, 3HR, Block 2, East Palisades Ad- dition and the above lot numbers shall be a complete and suf- ficient legal description thereof. All other provisions of the original Bill of Assurance for Block 2 East Palisades Addition recorded in the records of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkan- sas, shall remain in full force and effect and shall apply to the accompanying plat.
