The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a v4lid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
