Enclosed is a pl.att and building sketch Lot 84R, a replat of
,,ots 84 & 85 Sec B wi.nda were Subdivision, of which the Baseline/
Shelley Center is located thereon.
My purpose is to obtain approval, to extend the Baseline,/shelley
Center building 25 feet to the East towards shell.ey street.
Several assets will be derived by extending this bauil dirW s
1. 1 have another rental space.
2. The county reveives additional property taxes.
j. The city receives an additional privilege tax, Little Rock

The extension of this building. would 1n no way be detrinenta.l to

was poured in the year 1971, over 1 year before this

Dear Sir;
Enclosed are several photographs and a building sketch -plait of
lot 84R, a replat of bats 84 and 35 Sec B windamere subdivision,
of which the Baseline/Shelley Center is located thereon.
1 respectfully request a waiver of setback regulations to allow
an addition to the existing structure as shown on -the sketch.
In addition, please note that a 50 foot street is not attainable
due to the existing structure on Winda:rere Corner.
No objections have been noted from residential or business owners
in the area.
Letters were previously received from residential owners immediate-
ly to the rear of the proposed structure. voicing approval of the
project.
Approval of this request should stand on it.s own merit to myself
and the City of Little Rock. No adversity should arise, as this
construction would not noticeably change the appearance of the
area and should not cause any controversity what -soy -ever.
