The only thing I can think of to add is that AT&T requires one four inch conduit into the telco/data room from the public right of way or utility easement. If that is on your plans already then we are good to go. will open a project when construction begins in March and pay the site a visit to gather measurements, notes, etc. That project will provide AT&T facilities including a fiber fed terminal and a copper fed terminal.
