larly described as: Beginning at t point on the South line of said North 32
rods of the NEl/4 NLl/4 Section 32, said point also being the Southwest corner
of Lot 6, Tucker's Conairercial Acres; thence S89'16'50"W along said South line,
464.07 ft. to a point; thence Northwesterly along the arc of a 318.31 ft. radius
curve to the left, having a chord bearing and distance of N27'10'07"W, 99.57 ft.
to a point; thence N36'10'14, 20.49 ft, to a point on the South right-of-way line
of Interstate Route No. 30: thence Northeasterly along said ;ouch right-of-way
line, being the arc of a 5929.5$ ft. radius curve to the left, having a chord
