larly described as: Beginning at a point on the South line of said North 32
rods of the NE1/4 NE1/4 Section 32, said point also being the Southwest corner

464.07 ft. to a point; thence Northwesterly along the arc of a 318.31 ft. radio -
curve to the left, having a chord bearing and distance of N27'10'0714, 99.57 ft.
to a point; thence N36'10'W, 20.49 ft. to a point on the South right-of-way line
cif Interstate Route No. 30; thence Northeasterly along said South right-of-way
line, being the arc of a 5929.58 ft. radius curve to the left, having a chord
bearing and distance of N53'34'58"E, 78.43 ft. to a point; thence continue North-
easterly along said 5929.58 ft. radius curve to the left having a chord bearing
and distance of N52'02'17"E, 253.86 ft.to the Northwest corner of said Lot 6,
Tucker's Commercial Acres; thence 540'33'181'E along the blest line of said Lot 6.
